I just went onto the Pottery Barn Kids website to order my new bag...and the chocolate color is "No Longer Available." I guess I'm just supposed to make this one work...might still see if I can find a place that does embroidery and see if they can fix it. But looks like for some reason, I'm supposed to have this one...
I guess I'm saving $$...Tony will be happy!

Hi there! It was nice finding your blog. It is so exciting that we are both having girls. I can't wait : ) I hope this makes you feel better about your bag, but I have an embroidery machine and always tell people that it is preference as to which way you have the letters done. Our little girls name is going to be Hazel Friend Hilliard and I ALWAYS do HFH!!! Also, I had some custom items made when my husband and I went to China and they recommend the same, embroider just like the name reads. So, you should be good! I know it's not what you planned, but it's still right and all of Hazel's things will be embroidered the same way! Take care!!!!
Hi there! It's a bummer that NOTHING ever looks right when you take embroidery out. It pokes too many little holes underneath. If I took it anywhere, I would go to Embroidme. Are you familiar with that place? I would be afraid that you would be happier with the results now than if you had the same bag redone. Sorry!!!
